Friday's Foto Fiesta

Just for the record, I totally know that Carrie spells everything with a PH, but that's, like FOUR extra letters!  Notice I'm not counting how many letters I just used telling you why I'm such a rebel, or going against the grain and typing the number 4 instead of typing it ALL out like that.
I'm a bit of a loser.  But a winner all the same!  I got TWO awards yesterday!  I will display my loot and award others on Monday!
My photos today are of my middle daughter, whom I think has gotten the short end of the memory stick!  You've all seen plenty of my little one and lots of my eldest freak of nature.  Now to show you Cassie, my gentle spirit.
She got her hair cut short and dyed pink for the "St. Valentine's Day Hair Massacre". We donated her beautiful blond locks to kids with cancer.
Then the razor came out. Oh. My. Lord.

Now her shiny hair is coming back.  She can almost do a pony tail.  She looks like a girl again!!! Wahooooo!

Thanks for coming over! Stop in again sometime, won't you?

She's gorgeous with and w/o hair. I've wanted to do this but never could take that final whack of the scissors. Your daughter is an angel sent from above. Some lucky person will love her hair more than she'll ever know. Thanks for sharing such an inspirational picture.

So glad she decided to let her hair grow back. The GI Jane look does nothing for anyone.

I love the Locks of love program......my daughter has donated several times and I have been so proud!

p.s. Score one for mom for spotlighting the middle child! Bravo!

Wow. She has a huge heart and guts. I don't know many people, male or female that would care more about helping other people than vanity, Rock on Sister!

I like your new header too!

What an amazing girl. I can't think of any teenager that would allow her hair to be bic'd. Even for a great cause. She's gorgeouS!

Awwww. That's my beautiful middle girl! How lovely to spotlight the child who is so often lost between her flamboyant big sister and her too-cute little sister. You go, girl!

What a nice thing for her to do! You must be so proud. I like the blonde better too.....she's a beautiful girl!!!

The reason you do the bright pink is so that everyone knows your plan. You "go pink" about a month or so before you shave it.

I think, quite possibly, it's so you can't change your mind, because now everyone knows! lol
