Dancing All Night With 40 Extra Pounds and a Bad Bladder Is Hard On A Body...

I have to tell you first off that I accidently hit the enter key as I was typing the title.  You may at first have thought that I was flaunting my bra size if your reader picked up the original post title. I did delete it, but one never knows, right?  So, my oops title read "Dancing All Night With 40 E".

Those who know me know that's not even close.  I'm WAY up the alphabet from that!!

Anyway, Asia's soccer team had their wind up tonight in their community hall with a DJ and a bubble machine.  The kids tore up the dance floor most of the night.

I know. Most of you are all "Oh, bummer.  I only got to go to the bar and get drunk with a bunch of grown ups."

Sucks to be you then, I suppose, because when those 80's hits came on, the adults were EVERYWHERE!! We were partying like it was 1999, my friends!

And holy God my feet hurt.

Cassie danced from the time we got there until the time we left.

Liv did the same.  When we left she had found herself many prospective foster families. Everyone loved her, naturally. She is such a personable little fart.

Asia met the man of her dreams (again) tonight. He really is quite sweet. And she got up and sang on stage "Love Story" by Taylor Swift and nailed it! And he was looking pretty interested about that time.

Leon is at work tonight, so I just danced like a mad woman, and when I got tired of dancing I sat and hollered my fool head off because I swear to you all, there isn't much in my poor wee brain, but song lyrics I have in spades!

Anyway, I'm going to have some chocolate to finish off my night and then head to bed. Knowing me, with Leon gone, I'll read for a couple of hours and then complain tomorrow how tired I am. I'm currently reading "The Lovely Bones", which I got via bookmooch.com. It's actually quite a good book, on a very disturbing level.

Have yourselves a great evening and a wonderful Sunday!

That IS a great book! I read it a few years ago and really liked it.

I would have had a blast at the dance with all the 80's music too :)

Now that sounds like my kind of party. Your daughter sings, wow that is really great. Its great your girls are outgoing and have good confidence levels. Keep them that way!

As for the 40E well I would have known that was a lie, he he. I am always publishing before I have finished my post too lately....

Glad you had fun and I have heard of the book but have not read it yet.

Anyway...I love the dancing part that's where my girl and I would be...the guys in the family not-so- much!
My daughter started Lovely Bones and did not finish it as it was too disturbing...I didn't start it because of that...so let me know what you think!
