Why Am I Not Where I Should Be?

Liv is at a birthday party.

Leon & the other two girls are at soccer.

I have the house to myself.

Where am I, you may ask?

Am I sitting at the table with my coffee (nuked from this morning, thinking I desperately need an Umberto of my very own?), a box of chocolates and Breaking Dawn?
Nope. I don't seem to be there.

Am I cozied on the sofa with a hot chocolate, fuzzy blanket and a roaring fire, staring out the window at the blizzard outside?
Hmmm. I'm not there either.

Perhaps I'm out getting a fabulous spa treatment?
I'd love to tell you that's me. But, alas, nope.

Oh there. I'm doing laundry.

And I'm cooking.

And cleaning!  Oops!  I mean...

... cleaning.

Why is it, that when we get some time to ourselves, we are still looking after everything else?

And yes. I certainly expect a comment from "Anonymous" for this post... lol

You definitely need to re-prioritize. But that being said, You do what you have to, when you are able. Hard to relax when the laundry is stacked up and your hungry, right?

Have a great day!

You're preaching to me, Sista Rhonda. OH here I sit at the computer when I should be over there on the bed with my books. Shame on me! I was going to beat the insomnia tonight by making myself lie down until the boredom knocked me out!

Your house is beautiful, by the way, and I love that you do laundry in a hot maid uniform. You should totally save the time it takes to get in that thing and eat chocolates and read instead. ;)

Ha! If you get the answer to that, you'll let me know, right?

Just stopped in from SITS, have a great day.

I'm not anonymous but will comment anyway. LOL! I do the same thing. Find a minute to myself and end up making beds of folding towels. Just so darn dedicated.
