The Old Stompin Grounds....

I was doing some family photos at our old subdivision in the fall, and used these hunks to test my camera settings. Usually I delete my test shots, but I just can't stand the thought of these photos ending up in the cyber trash. I recommend clicking on the first one to get the full effect of his expression!! Don't forget, though, to arrow back, or you'll end up closing the window, and then cursing a blue streak, like I do.....
Funny .... This is how my family looks at me. Daily.

They keep animals of some kind in the common grounds to keep taxes low because it will be considered farm land. When we were there it was horses, but the renter left with his horses, and so they brought these in. Aren't they cute, Mamahut??? lol

Be sure to go check out more Wordful Wednesdays at 7 Clown Circus! That's where all the cool bloggers are today ..... lol

Llama?

What expressive faces. Love these shots.

Thanks for visiting me so I could find you. Looking forward to exploring!

About the cd player in my car, I usually give them a slot or two of the six (yeah it was a luxury we invested in and it has paid a hundredfold). Right now theirs are Anberlin and Phantom of the Opera, so I ain't complaining. At the time, it was something they liked and I didn't. Half the time I drive in silence, so it really doesn't bother me that they think they're in charge of the music.

The heat/ac on the other hand...definitely hands off.

Great photos but not really in your subdivision - are they?

Bring in animals to keep the taxes low! Brilliant! The expressions are so cute, but just looking at them makes me nervous. I am horribly allergic to llamas!

careysue said...

Do they eat them? I know that was a gross question...I just don't understand about lowering taxes.

Explain.

Never mind farm land Ahhhhhh makes sense. See I can answer my own questions!!!

They are so darn cute!

Llamas! Who would of thought to get those?
But yes, they are cute! Did you get spit at?

Deb said...

they're so cute and warm looking, but i think they spit and bite. not so nice...

cute cute...but watch out for that spit...yucky!

You know, when my son sucks his thumb he'll either poke at your face (eyes, nose, mouth) or lately he grabs ears...which hurt with my earrings!

it's kinda the old 'what do you mean...don't touch this? oh, you mean this? really?" look.

I think as a Mom and Definitely as a wife I get THAT look more than I'd like to get!

Hey, they look just like your alpaca cousins. No, wait. I mean your cousin's alpacas. Troy and Connie have a bunch, no, a herd? A pack? A troupe? of alpacas on the farm in Saskatchewan. They're like pets, only they sheer them for the alpaca wool. Nobody eats mama's babies, that's for sure. Great WW. Loved it. Oh, and I get that look too, around the office, every day.

I remember being afraid to call girls on the phone in high school .. well, at least in middle school ... e-mail, chat, and texting would've made things so much easier on me ... sigh.
