I have enjoyed, immensely, the chance to spend almost an entire weekend at home.
I have gotten laundry done.
I have taken down our Christmas stuff and converted our living room back into the only clean room in my house.
I have sorted and organized and cleaned.
And I have read.
Oh, have I read.
Twilight, people. I'm hooked.
And I'm almost finished New Moon.
It's a good thing that I know you will all forgive my temporary (insanity) absence. I do have work and a wedding tomorrow, but will try my best to finish it so that I can post something that might be of interest to you all.
I hope you had a delightful weekend!
I've got a book calling my name....

I guess I'll have to dive into those books soon!
I knew it! You have been seeing others!
Really...these are good books? I just had thought it might be all hype but EVERYONE...I mean EVERYONE talks about these books!
I hope you have a Happy New Year and you feel God's blessings all year long...because you deserve it!
Ah, what a wonderful-sounding weekend. I wish you could enjoy more of those. And I hope the wedding goes well. Love you.
Can't blame you for getting sucked in at all! After all, I was reading them at stop lights on the way to work months ago when it was my turn to hop on the bandwagon.
I think its good to have a break and reading books is a good way to recharge the blogging batteries. It seems everyone is talking aobut those books so I have to check them out. I even read a book over Christmas too - a chick lit of course. Flat Stanley is being posted today to Betty by the way. Have a great New Years!!
SUCKA!!!!! Ha! I have read the first and need to get #2. It is so addicting that I think that put crack in the pages and you just can't get enough!!!
At some point I'm going to take all this time I have on my hands and make some productive use of it. The laundry sounds like a good place to start. Thanks for the idea!
I'm glad to hear that you too have been sucked in by the Twilight series. I read it during the summer and while it isn't any kind of literary masterpiece.......it was a fun read.
oh those books are so addictive!
Been there, done that. NO regrets! In fact, I'm considering re-reading the series.
I still haven't gotten into the Twilight thing! Maybe one of these days! Enjoy!
